8.45 – 11.00 Seminar on “Partnership between nature conservation, ecotourism and organic farming” – at the Info-Eco Centre (Cultural House) in Ivajlovgrad
11.00 - 11.30 Coffee-break incl. cultural and entertainment programme
11.30 – 12.30 Travel to Vila Armira – cultural heritage from the Roman Empire.
12.30 – 13.30 Travel to Madjarovo
13.30 – 14.00 Arrival at the Information Centre of the BG Birds’ Protection Society (Vulture Centre) – introduction by birds’ protection experts
14.00 - 15.00 Lunch
15.00 - 16.00 Visit the future organic model-farm at Topolovo village, incl. the bio-compost/worm unit, interactive discussions on organic farming project component
16.15 – 18.00 Visit to Beti & Niki guest-house at Gorna Poliana village – observe natural grazing of protected Rhodopi Shorthorn cattle, discuss ecotourism project component, tasting OA food, etc.
18.00 -19.00 Travel to Ivajlovgrad
19.30 Farewell Dinner

10.00 – 10.20 Project approach to implementation of the Project „Eastern Rhodopes” in Bulgaria – Mr Nico van der Werf – Avalon Foundation, the Netherlands
