| 11.00 - 11.30 | Coffee-break incl. cultural and entertainment programme |
| 11.30 – 12.30 | Travel to Vila Armira – cultural heritage from the Roman Empire. |
| 12.30 – 13.30 | Travel to Madjarovo |
| 13.30 – 14.00 | Arrival at the Information Centre of the BG Birds’ Protection Society (Vulture Centre) – introduction by birds’ protection experts |
| 14.00 - 15.00 | Lunch |
| 15.00 - 16.00 | Visit the future organic model-farm at Topolovo village, incl. the bio-compost/worm unit, interactive discussions on organic farming project component |
| 16.15 – 18.00 | Visit to Beti & Niki guest-house at Gorna Poliana village – observe natural grazing of protected Rhodopi Shorthorn cattle, discuss ecotourism project component, tasting OA food, etc. |
